Leather is a natural product, so variations may occur in the finished article. This is because leather quality can vary within a skin and between skins.
Orders and custom made articles may be beyond the expectations of the customer. Alterations are classed as a repair so may not be exactly like the original. These are taken on in good faith and are not the responsibility of the maker.
Each item is individually handmade so every one is unique, unlike mass-produced articles which are uniformly consistent.
Faulty workmanship (lining, stitching, fittings) are covered by a ten year limited warranty.
Deposits are non-refundable and further work may incur an extra charge.

We try to keep all items listed in stock, but as some items are made to measure, cut and make times are sometimes unavoidable. Out of stock items will be forwarded as soon as stock is available, Approximately 2 weeks.
If paying for order by Credit Card. Actual postage will be charged, plus
a small packing fee of $1.00 to $3.00 depending on packing required.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind unfortunately we cannot fully refund the purchase.
We are able to offer an exchange for another item, but we are not responsible for return postage.
We are able to accept product returns for a refund if:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose
- The product does not match the sample description
We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
